By accessing or using the IHS Learning platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including students, parents, educators, and administrators. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

All content on the IHS Learning platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of International Hybrid Schools or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Certain features of our Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase

• Provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method

• Notify us of any changes to your payment information

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. For billing inquiries, contact us at ihsedu.org@gmail.com.

Upon enrolment in a course, you gain access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. IHS reserves the right to:

• Update or modify course content to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Discontinue courses with reasonable notice to enrolled students

• Revoke access if these Terms are violated

Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting the specified requirements for each course. IHS does not guarantee employment or academic admission outcomes.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. IHS does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Any defects or errors will be corrected

• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IHS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IHS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall IHS's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to IHS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at ihsedu.org@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
